Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily refractory works including brick lining, castable installation, gunning, ramming, and insulation .
- Plan manpower, tools, and material requirements to meet project schedules.
- Ensure refractory activities comply with Aramco standards, project drawings, and specifications .
- Coordinate with site engineers, safety officers, and quality inspectors for inspections and approvals.
- Train and guide team members on proper refractory installation methods.
- Maintain work discipline, productivity, and safety among the refractory crew.
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with HSE policies at site.
- Monitor progress and report daily activities to the site supervisor/manager.
- Assist in troubleshooting refractory failures, repairs, and shutdown jobs.
