Refractory Manager - Urgently needed

Applicants must have the following requirements:

• Must have N6 / S4 (Ceramic) or N6 / S4 (Met) Qualifications.
• Must have at least 10 years of experience in refractory maintenance in the steelmaking environment.
• Must establish a level of technical proficiency that is comparable to best practice.
• Must ensure that no catastrophic refractory material failures happen.
• Must be able to lead and motivate the employees in the refractory section.
• Must ensure that the actual activities fit in with the predetermined objectives and planned activities.
