The primary purpose is to safely operate a Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV Class 2) for the collection, transportation, and disposal of waste and recyclables. The role is crucial for ensuring efficient service delivery while maintaining safety standards, environmental compliance, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Operate HGV Class 2 refuse collection vehicles safely and in accordance with road traffic laws and company policies.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and report any defects promptly.
