We are seeking a talented individual to join our Region Market Development (RMD) team at Mercer. This team plays a critical role in supporting Mercer’s sales professionals, client relationship managers, and consultants by driving client engagement and ensuring seamless communication across business lines. As part of this team, you will gain hands-on experience in growth operations across our practices, contributing to innovative solutions that drive client and business success.
We will count on you to:
Conduct research on client companies using both external sources and Mercer’s internal data.
Assist in writing and structuring internal communications, such as reports, spreadsheets, presentations, colleague messages and ad-hoc strategic initiatives.
