Job Description
The Regional Account Manager will play a critical role in developing and executing the sales strategy for APAC Region. This is a key role in a high‑growth environment, our ideal candidate is driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to positively impact the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the Sales Director alongside building collaborative and influential partnerships with Distributors and Retailers to execute the APAC sales vision and grow distribution and profitability.
- Engage with Distributors in Joint Business Plan negotiations, methodically track performance, drive correction plans and incremental opportunities to ensure annual Sales and Profitability targets are met.
