Regional Aviation Lead (MNC Architecture & Design Firm / Terminal Design)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the aviation sector strategy and drive business growth across Southeast Asia.
• Identify, develop, and secure new aviation opportunities while expanding the firm's presence in the regional aviation market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with airport operators, aviation authorities, government agencies, airlines, developers, and other key stakeholders.
• Lead major pursuits, bids, tenders, and proposal submissions, including developing win strategies, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and participating in client presentations and negotiations.
• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for aviation projects, ensuring successful delivery, quality, commercial performance, and client satisfaction.
• Support project mobilization by working closely with Project Directors, Project Managers, and technical teams to establish effective project governance and resource planning.
