Regional BD (Business Development) Manager APAC

Key Responsibilities
Develop the Asia-Pacific regional market excluding China, independently explore and develop OEM customers in the discrete automation field. Formulate and implement regional sales strategies, ensure the completion of sales performance indicators. Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with customers, provide professional product consultation and solution support. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project implementation. Collect market and competitor information, feedback customer needs, and optimize sales strategies in a timely manner.
Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or related fields. Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in industrial controllers, with experience in regional market development.
