Regional Business Manager – Non-IT Staffing

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Regional Business Manager Non-IT Staffing to drive revenue growth, client expansion, and operational excellence for our Non-Tech Contract Staffing / Staff Augmentation business. This is a leadership role critical to the growth journey of CIEL HR, with a strong focus on business development, account management, and team leadership.

Role Summary:

The incumbent will own end-to-end revenue responsibility (top-line and bottom-line), lead recruitment and delivery teams, manage key client relationships, and expand the Non-IT staffing business across the region.
