Job Description
Responsibilities
- Accountable for chartering activities of fixing non‑Maersk owned vessels and contributing to process improvement and execution of the segment strategy.
- Procures off‑fleet services for breakbulk cargo via Ocean, ensuring quality control and managing the service asset.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential vendors, assisting in identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive interaction with vendors and brokers.
- Recommends and executes commercial strategies for the vendor category and promotes the chosen deployment strategy to the team, ensuring alignment of geography, period, and customer prioritizations.
- Oversees operational service delivery and operations teams to align with overall deployment strategy.
