Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Responsible for improving Operations KPIs as contained in the Operations Dashboard and Balanced Score Card by maintaining the Company standard of operations execution, ensuring that all employees are focused on exceeding customer expectations for service, quality, cleanliness, and value.
- Responsible for managing cost controls in accordance with company policy and procedures, directing the activities of employees in meeting targets placed on controllables, maximizing sales, operating efficiency, and profitability.
- Contributing to the overall success of the Company by participating in and contributing to the Leadership Team as a member of senior management.
