Regional Credit Risk Manager - Real Estate

The Zonal Credit Manager will be responsible for overseeing credit appraisal, risk assessment, and portfolio monitoring of real estate financing and developer funding proposals. Credit Appraisal & Underwriting

• Evaluate and approve credit proposals for developer funding and real estate financing projects.
• Conduct detailed analysis of borrower financials, project feasibility, cash flow projections, and collateral valuation.
