Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
 1. Regional Budget
 Work closely with Agency Leaders and prepared an annual strategic action plan.
 2. Agency Management
 Provide a formal platform for Company to disseminate information and receive feedback from agency members during agency meetings. Agency meetings can be an individual or group basis with agent and/or leader.
