Regional Director – Castilla y León-Asturias (AMP Programs)

IE Business Development – AMP Programs is looking for a Regional Director to join its team in Castilla y León or Asturias, preferably based in Valladolid, Burgos, or León.

Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and establish commercial relationships with companies in the regions of Castilla y León and Asturias to promote IE Business School’s AMP programs.
• Create and execute strategies to attract qualified leads through marketing and networking activities.
• Manage and expand the network of contacts with executives and HR leaders of key companies in the region.

Corporate Relationship Management

• Develop strategic partnerships with companies that wish to train their executives and employees through AMP programs.
• Manage and nurture long‑term relationships with companies, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement with the programs offered.
