Regional Director, Forward-Deployed Engineering

Anysphere seeks a Regional Director for Forward Deployed Engineering to lead a small, dynamic team embedded with our enterprise clients. In this role, you will manage project delivery, build strong relationships, and ensure that teams deliver high-quality outputs that value the customers. A successful candidate will have over 8 years of experience in technical leadership, preferably in an engineering capacity.

The position requires strong technical credibility and excellent people management skills, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

You will be responsible for hiring top talent, coaching team members, and building reusable frameworks for our Engineering function, contributing to the success of our customer engagements.
