Compass Associates are partnering with a growing, privately owned care provider to appoint a Regional Operations Director across the M4 corridor within Reading.

With over 30 homes, the group is entering a sustained period of growth, backed by a strong acquisition pipeline and clear long‑term strategy.

This is a high‑impact, senior leadership role where you will take ownership of a significant region, working directly with the Group Operations Director to drive performance, strengthen standards, and scale quality alongside growth.
