Job Description

Incumbent responsibilities and Duties:

List the responsibilities and duties solely undertaken by Job holder for fulfilling the position; For managerial position it is incumbency to lead the subordinates fulfilling the tasks which attribute to Incumbent responsibilities and duties in lieu of Jointly responsibilities and duties

  • ■Conduct market study by utilizing proper market research tools (FGD, IDI, survey etc.) and data analysis reports, either initialed by MI or requested by BS/BF, in order to understand the external environment in terms of macro economy and market landscape and support and give suggestion in business decisions
  • ■Explore the new business opportunities by generating quality leads via new source development (new customer database) and working process management (identify, approach, convert, follow-up).
