As a Regional Field Manager for Red Bull, you:
Will lead monthly team meetings in order to discuss results, provide training and to give direction on key strategic priorities for the forthcoming period

Will provide field insight for any future opportunities or challenges with line manager in order to drive continuous improvements

Will employ the correct capability to ensure delivery of KPI’s/ROI and provide a talent pipeline for the future

Will carry out individual performance appraisals and implement personal development plans

Will motivate team to maximise their potential for themselves and Red Bull
