Job Description

Responsibilities: 

Supervise and manage the accounting department personnel.

Maintain general ledgers for all Rhode Island properties, including sportsbook and I gaming operations

Oversee monthly close process

Aid in the preparation of monthly financial statements.

Prepare quarterly reporting packages due to corporate

Oversee the collections of inter-track settlements.

Maintain contract files.

Balance monthly cash accounts.

Reconcile all balance sheet accounts

Analyze various monthly general ledger accounts.

Prepare and maintain monthly Sales Tax reports.

Responsible for all remittances to the Rhode Island Lottery

Responsible for federal and state remittances to the Department of Treasury and State of Rhode Island, respectively
