Regional HCM Lead: Data-Driven HR & Initiatives

Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is looking for an Assistant Manager, Regional Human Capital Management, to drive HR initiatives across Southeast Asia and Oceania. You will be responsible for supporting daily operations, managing HR data, and leading cross-subsidiary projects to foster regional HR excellence.

The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of HR experience, strong analytical skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. This role requires effective stakeholder management and solid communication capabilities.
