Regional Head of Operations and Alliances for IGS EMEA.

Main activities:

• Coordinate call center teams in subsidiaries in Spain, Portugal, and Italy, ensuring the fulfillment of assigned assistance services in sales campaigns.

• Coordinate the regional network of providers in the EMEA market to ensure compliance with assistance service plans and products in subsidiaries in Spain, Portugal, and Italy.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 4 years of experience as a Call Center Leader or Manager, leading regional teams remotely.

• Experience building a multi-regional provider network to offer services in the following sectors: Home, Medical, Roadside, etc.
