Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.At least 2 years of HR generalist experience, preferably supporting multiple countries within Asia.Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR operations.Experience coordinating outsourced payroll vendors.Familiarity with Singapore employment legislation; exposure to Indonesia and/or Hong Kong employment practices is advantageous.Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently in a lean and fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Singaporeans only.
