Regional HR Specialist — People Support Hub (Finland)

Wärtsilä is seeking a Regional HR Specialist to provide frontline support to HR customers within the People Support Hub, Europe. You'll collaborate with various HR teams to enhance processes and deliver a great employee experience.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, be fluent in English and Finnish, and possess strong communication skills. Experience with HR databases and an educational background in Business Administration or HR would be advantageous.
