Director of Human Resources (UK)

Location: Harlow, Essex (UK). We are seeking a dynamic people leader who can navigate a complex matrix organisation with agility. As Director of Human Resources, you will partner with the in‑country leadership team to shape and embed our enterprise‑wide people strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full employee lifecycle including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organisational Design and Organisational Effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with Centres of Expertise (COEs) to strengthen shared culture and reinforce inclusive behaviours.
• Develop and implement talent strategies: high‑potential identification, acceleration, assessment, succession planning, career development and talent movement.
• Apply change‑management frameworks and tools to help the business plan and lead change effectively.
• Manage projects to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.
