Regional Lead, Commercial Enablement Biosurgery – The Regional Commercial Enablement Lead is responsible for driving sales effectiveness and productivity across the APAC region for the Surgery business. This role equips sales and clinical teams with tools, training, content and technologies to engage customers effectively and accelerate profitable growth. The role includes full responsibility for implementing robust metrics to ensure progress is measured, transparent and broadly communicated.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a regional sales enablement strategy aligned with focused growth plans in Surgery, market dynamics, and benchmarked team needs.
