Job Description
Position Overview
Reporting to the Head of Legal, this role will be responsible for providing day-to-day legal support to companies and business units within the Group, which spans across 13 Asia-Pacific markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day legal advice to the business on contractual and other legal matters.
- Draft, negotiate and/or review a wide variety of contracts e.g., tenancy, retailer, distribution, sub-distribution, service, and E-Commerce agreements.
- Manage the process of contract reviews, renewals, terminations, and enforcement of contractual terms as necessary.
- Collaborate with and facilitate cross-team decision-making among the Legal, Corporate Development, Finance team, business teams and other internal business units / teams within the Group.
- Liaise with the senior management team and colleagues as necessary/appropriate.
