About the Role
As Regional Manager, Broker, you will lead the performance of the broker sales business across your region, driving growth through strong partnerships, disciplined execution, and a clear focus on both broker and customer experience.
You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Business Development Managers, ensuring they have the capability, structure and direction to deliver high-quality lending outcomes and sustainable growth. As part of the Broker Leadership Team, you will play a key role in translating national strategy into practical, region-specific plans that respond to changing market conditions.
Working closely with internal teams across operations, risk, product and strategy, you will ensure consistent and compliant outcomes while maintaining a strong external presence with brokers, aggregators and industry bodies.
