Regional Manager - East | Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane

Reporting into the Head of Safety Pacific, the new Regional Manager - East will be based in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane. You will lead our Safety Division’s Sales and Service teams in VIC, NSW, and QLD in the development and management of strategy, planning, operations, and associated budgets to achieve business goals. 

Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: 

• Lead and grow a high performing Sales and Service team in VIC, NSW, and QLD; 
• Monitor, generate, and maintain a sustainable direct and indirect sales pipeline; 
• Assess and guide in the motivation, training, and supervision of indirect sales partners; 
• Oversee sufficient financial, physical, and team resources to meet business objectives and budgets;
