Regional Manager for Operation Christmas Child

Lead the Operation Christmas Child program at Samaritan’s Purse Canada as a Regional Manager in the Greater Toronto Area. Foster volunteer development to increase outreach and support.
As a full-time Regional Manager, you will guide and recruit volunteers, increase participation in the OCC program, and connect with Christian communities. This role emphasizes team growth, church collaborations, and enhancing the mission of spreading the Gospel through community engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and train volunteers for the OCC initiative
• Guide leadership strategies for team growth and support
• Schedule promotional visits to maximize team development

Requirements:
