Regional Manager, Retail Operations

General Overview:

 The Regional Manager is multi-unit leader who drives the Rawlings brand initiatives and goals within the brand store and D-Bat locations. This person will be the first point of contact and have oversight of locations within their assigned region offering day-to-day operational and strategic sales support regarding sporting goods sales. Core responsibilities include offering day-to-day operational and strategic support to all locations, including POP merchandising, driving sales, achieving financial targets, and identifying opportunities to grow the business. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for driving sales and achieving growth targets for all Direct-to-Consumer brick & mortar channels within assigned region.

Provides guidance, via phone and in-person, for the day-to-day operations of regional retail locations are efficient and productive.
