Job Summary:

You will be responsible for overseeing the overall management and operational control of local subsidiaries ( Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Mexico ), as well as supervising business operations across all entities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Management & Operations:
  Lead and manage the overall operations of each regional office.
• Organizational Leadership:
  Take charge of cross-functional teams and oversee organizational management.
• Multinational Team Management:
  Demonstrate leadership in managing staff from diverse backgrounds and ensure the organization functions effectively as a cross-functional team.
• Head Office Coordination:
  Ensure smooth communication and coordination with the Japan head office, and report on overall business performance.
