About the Role
We're looking for a driven Regional Operations Manager to lead our dark store network across the region. You'll own end-to-end operational performance, manage a team of City and Area Managers, and be accountable for cost efficiency and unit economics. If you thrive in fast-paced quick commerce environments and have a track record of scaling multi-site operations, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Regional Leadership & Performance Management — Lead and manage City Managers and Area Managers across the region. Set KPIs, conduct business reviews, and build succession plans.
- Store Operations & Service Performance — Oversee end-to-end dark store operations from inbound and putaway through picking and dispatch. Monitor performance dashboards and turnaround times.
