Your Tasks
1. Performance Management
Drive MU and COE supply chain performance through key KPIs (SL, DIH, Waste, FCA).
Ensure achievement of defined Service Levels and support global/regional IIM and bottleneck management processes.
Optimize inventory management to reduce excess/risk stock while avoiding shortages.
Provide early warnings on deviations and aligned action taking.
Set, align, and cascade objectives across MUs, COEs, PCs, and stakeholders to ensure seamless and coordinated operations.
2. Demand & Supply Planning Excellence
Identify and implement best practices for Demand (STD, Promo, IIM, Demand Sensing) and Supply (CRP, NDF sourcing) across MUs, PCs and COEs.
Build and strengthen planning capabilities through training and knowledge sharing.
Perform planning health checks, define improvement actions and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
