Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and support for all customer service activities within the assigned region, including equipment delivery, installation, startup, and commissioning. 

  • Serve as the primary technical resource for customer troubleshooting, diagnostics, and issue resolution to ensure maximum equipment performance and customer satisfaction. 

  • Lead product support initiatives for new machine introductions, ensuring successful deployment, customer adoption, and operational readiness. 

  • Manage and support special projects within the assigned region, coordinating resources and stakeholders to achieve project objectives and business goals. 

  • Enhance responsiveness and communication between customers and internal teams to ensure timely support and effective resolution of technical and operational issues.
