Monroe Group is looking for a Regional Property Manager to join our team!

We are seeking a Regional Property Manager who can manage our portfolio of affordable PBS8/LIHTC communities in the Western US region. Ideal candidates enjoy mentoring and developing their staff, like to work hard while having fun, and are strong problem-solvers.

Ideal Candidate

Experience in Affordable Housing Apartment Operations. Dynamic leader who motivates and leads teams. Fully competent with all phases of financial and variance reporting. Strong background in Project-Based Section 8 / LIHTC. Marketing savvy and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Apps (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive), and Property Management-related software. Must have a passion for customer service.
