Regional RN Supplemental Staffing Team

Overview

The Supplemental Staffing Team (SST) Registered Nurse (RN) assesses, analyzes, plans, implements andevaluates patient care following established patient care standards for Appalachian Regional Healthcare includingthose established by the Nurse Practice Act. The primary function of this role, based upon hired tier and floatoption, is to be available and flexible to float to various departments and/or hospital sites throughout ARHhealthcare locations within Kentucky and/or West Virginia. The SST RN is to provide patient care, which couldinclude but not limited to same day staffing assignments, more than one assignment location within a singleshift, travel assignments, seasonal staffing patterns or natural disaster/emergency response.
