The Regional Sales Director plays a critical role in ELMO's continued growth and expansion in new and developing markets. This role is responsible for directing, supporting, and overseeing all aspects of ELMO's sales growth strategy to increase profit and exceed annual sales and territory objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and mentoring the sales team to maximize revenue and meet corporate goals.
  • Defining roles, responsibilities, and performance goals for all staff members.
  • Developing and managing KPIs aligned with ELMO’s key objectives
  • Effectively forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Evaluating and implementing new sales techniques to increase volume.
  • Ensuring compliance with information security and privacy policies.
