Job Description
Responsibilities
- Achieve the annual sales target.
- Review sales results monthly with the management team and with distributors, implementing appropriate action plans.
- Build the required structure and reporting mechanisms to capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Conduct monthly funnel review of opportunities and overall funnel health metrics (e.g., new funnel creation, win‑rate and time to close).
- Lead the go‑to‑market development of the region, including distributor development.
- Review ongoing sales opportunities.
- Visit end‑user customers within the region to gain an understanding of customers and markets.
- Develop a market model map and size of business opportunities.
