I am currently looking for a Northern-based regional sales manager to look after circa 6 heads members of the sales team and drive the company forward.

Role summary

This is an exciting new and growth instigated Regional Manager role, which would be ideal for someone who thrives in managing a team but also has the skills required to help the team grow and develop accounts and build customer relationships.

This will be achieved through:

• Providing first-line management to the team members allocated and be fully responsible for all related activities including HR, coaching, motivating and development.
