About this role
 :As the Regional Sales Manager NSW North, you will lead a team of territory managers and territory manager associates within the region, to achieve sales targets in identifying and developing business opportunities. You will have a genuine passion for coaching and inspiring others. You will grow and maintain business relationships in alignment with Applied Medical’s company values and mission. 
Your responsibilities wll include: 
Lead, mentor and further empower your high performing sales team 
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, executive and senior leaders, theatre personnel, key opinion leaders and other decision makers in hospitals
Identify opportunities and develop strategic plans to meet the organisations sales plans to drive market share
Plan, direct and monitor the activities of the sales team to achieve established targets and nurture development opportunities
