FLSA Status: Exempt/Salaried
Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
Position Summary
Trillium Flow Technologies is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the US Industrial Southeast / Central-East Region. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability within the assigned territory.
The Regional Sales Manager will identify new business opportunities, strengthen channel partnerships, support consulting engineers and end users, and drive sales performance through effective territory management and forecasting.
