Agreements & Contracts Management
- (R) Ensuring timely renewal of agreements or contracts at the regional level before expiry.
Equipment Hiring/Procurement
- (R) Evaluating the performance of vendors (RM, TM, pumps, primary/secondary logistics, etc.) periodically in line with business goals
- (R) Identifying, negotiating, and finalizing long-term contracts with key suppliers of aggregates
- (R) Identifying, recommending vendors and ensuring deployment of TMs and pumps with optimum fixed cost and mileage
- (R) Maintaining and ensuring proper and updated stores and spares at the plant level so that production disruptions are avoided
- (R) Managing timely procurement while maintaining an appropriate balance of cost and quality
- (R, A) Ensuring uninterrupted production of RMC through timely procurement of aggregates, sand, fly ash, cement, GGBS, and admixtures at the most economical price, while addressing contingency situations and logistics challenges
