Agreements & Contracts Management

• (R) Ensuring timely renewal of agreements or contracts at the regional level before expiry.

Equipment Hiring/Procurement

• (R) Evaluating the performance of vendors (RM, TM, pumps, primary/secondary logistics, etc.) periodically in line with business goals
• (R) Identifying, negotiating, and finalizing long-term contracts with key suppliers of aggregates
• (R) Identifying, recommending vendors and ensuring deployment of TMs and pumps with optimum fixed cost and mileage
• (R) Maintaining and ensuring proper and updated stores and spares at the plant level so that production disruptions are avoided
• (R) Managing timely procurement while maintaining an appropriate balance of cost and quality
• (R, A) Ensuring uninterrupted production of RMC through timely procurement of aggregates, sand, fly ash, cement, ...
