Job Description

Role summary:
The Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Regional Talent Acquisition, C&B & HRIS Manager (Asia), in driving and executing the company’s talent acquisition and talent management strategies, support on compensation and benefits survey data collection, market survey and trend analysis. Candidates with HR Generalist background, experienced in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and HRIS will be added plus.
Key responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to: 
A.Talent Acquisition:
Responsible to support the implementation of effective talent acquisition strategies to attract-high quality candidates.
Responsible to monitor and ensure the full recruitment lifecycle and onboarding processes are in place and adhere by all respective Country Human Resources. Build and maintain a talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and various recruiting channels.
