Job Description

Responsibilities

Perform system data entry for incoming and outgoing goods.

Update and maintain inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Ensure accuracy of stock levels through system monitoring and adjustment.

Manage digital documentation including delivery orders, invoices, and stock movement forms.

Assist with system-related issues and coordinate with IT or system support teams when required.

Monitor system alerts, pending tasks, and discrepancies, and escalate when necessary.

Support cycle count and stock audit activities through system coordination.

Communicate with internal teams on any system updates or inventory changes.

Ensure all data is recorded accurately and timely to support smooth warehouse operations.
