Registered Behavior Technician (CASSI)

**Overview**



The **Registered Behavior Technician** for the Achievements-ABA program at the Center for Autism Services, Science and Innovation (CASSI) will implement evidence-based treatment protocols under the direction of a licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will support children with skill development by adhering to Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and implementing appropriate behavior management strategies/supports. This staff member will interact daily with children, providing intervention to support language, social, cognitive, adaptive, and self-regulatory development. The incumbent will collect progress and treatment response data; organize the classroom; prepare teaching materials; and assist with parent communication and training.
