Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

**Description**
At Devereux, we support children and adolescents with autism and behavioral health needs in a structured, compassionate residential environment. As an **RBT** , you’ll play a critical role in strengthening treatment outcomes by supporting both individuals served _and_ the staff who implement their care. This is not a typical RBT role; you’ll be hands-on in the environment, coaching staff, modeling interventions, and helping ensure programs are implemented with fidelity.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs in real-time
+ Support BCBAs with program development, materials, and data collection
+ Train, model, and coach staff on individualized and universal programming
+ Assist with behavioral de-escalation and crisis response using approved interventions
+ Lead and support staff debriefings following behavioral incidents
