Ark Healthcare and Rehabilitation at St. Camillus is seeking a 32-hour per week Registered Dietitian who focuses on the creation of a nutritional plan that fosters healing and provides knowledgeable and compassionate services to our special population of residents.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating and coordinating Nutritional assessments based on physician or medical provider orders

• Tracking Patient Progress

• Educating Patient and Families on their specific dietary needs

• Developing appropriate interventions to improve nutritional care

• Entering Patient information in EMR database

• Reviewing and assessing patient weight data
