Job Description
We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our corporate team based in Singapore. The successful candidate can expect to be involved in complex, cross-border and engaging work within a team that is supportive and collegial. Prior experience in cross-border M&A, capital markets and/or restructuring & insolvency work would be favorably considered, as would be Mandarin capabilities and experience dealing with Chinese‑speaking clients in Greater China or within SE Asia.
