Responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on, high‑quality nursing care and clinical interventions.
• Support and guide Health Care Assistants in delivering excellent care.
• Ensure every resident receives truly personalised, dignified support.
• Lead by example, helping to create a warm, homely, and supportive environment.
• Work closely with the Nurse Manager and Registered Home Manager to maintain outstanding standards.
• Champion our Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care in everyday practice.
