Registered Massage Therapist

This opportunity is designed for an RMT who wants to step into an established demand. Salt Wellness prefers applicants with 1+ year of experience, but recent graduates will be considered. The ideal therapist is passionate about holistic health, enjoys collaborating as a team member, and brings any additional health and wellness experience. Minimum requirements include CMTBC certification and personal liability insurance.

Salt Wellness offers part-time and full-time scheduling options, with 15–40 hours per week available and varying shift times/days. Compensation includes:

• Subcontractor split: 75/25 (Rate: $/hour)

• Tips: % to the therapist

• Monthly wellness service (free): choice of float, sauna, salt therapy, or foot bath

• Additional discounts: 20% off other practitioner services and products
